Shipping & Turnaround

How long does shipping take?

South Africa: 2–4 working days. International orders (USA, UK, India, etc.): 5–12 working days depending on your location. All orders include tracking.

When will my order ship?

Most orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours. Custom-made or engraved items may take 3–5 business days.

Do you ship worldwide?

How is the jewelry packaged?

Can I include a gift message?

Yes, you can leave a message at checkout. We'll handwrite it with care and include it inside the package.

Although our policy is 7 days, we value your experience. Reach out, and we’ll replace the piece. Loyalty matters to us.

Yes. We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days, as long as the item is unworn and in its original packaging. Custom orders are excluded unless defective.

Is there a warranty?

All jewelry is covered by a 60-day craftsmanship warranty. If there's any issue, we'll make it right.
