Yes. MG ESSENCE ships worldwide with reliable couriers. All orders include tracking so you can follow your package until it arrives safely.
How long does delivery take? +
South Africa: 2–5 working days.
International: 7–14 working days depending on customs and your location.
Do I pay customs fees? +
Customs or import duties may apply depending on your country. These are the responsibility of the buyer, but most packages clear quickly without major fees.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and secure payment gateways. All transactions are encrypted for your safety.
Can I cancel my order? +
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours. After that, your order may already be processing and cannot be canceled.
What materials do you use in your jewelry? +
We craft with 925 Sterling Silver, 18K Gold Vermeil, and premium stones — Moissanite and hand-selected Cubic Zirconia. All pieces are hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin.
Will my jewelry tarnish? +
With proper care, your jewelry will maintain its brilliance. Avoid water, perfume, and harsh chemicals. Store in a dry place and clean gently with a soft cloth.
Are Moissanite stones real? +
Yes. Moissanite is a certified gemstone that sparkles even more than diamonds and passes most diamond testers. It is durable, ethical, and conflict-free.
How is the jewelry packaged? +
Every order comes in our luxury MG ESSENCE packaging — including a velvet pouch, branded box, and thank-you card. Perfect for gifting.
Can I add a gift note? +
Yes. Leave a note at checkout and we’ll handwrite your message to include with your order.
What is your return policy? +
You may return or exchange unworn items within 7 days of delivery. Custom or engraved pieces are non-returnable unless defective.
Do you offer a warranty? +
Yes. All MG ESSENCE jewelry is covered by a 60-day craftsmanship warranty. If there’s an issue, we’ll repair or replace your piece.
