- Items showing wear, damage, or altered by third parties are not eligible.
- Moissanite and gemstone jewelry are final sale unless defective on arrival.
3. Warranty & Quality Assurance
- We offer a 6-month craftsmanship warranty on all jewelry, including plated items.
- Plated jewelry: Fading over time due to moisture, perfumes, or lotions is natural after 6 months.
- Solid gold & sterling silver jewelry are hallmarked and undergo strict quality checks.
4. Process for Exchanges & Warranty Claims
- Contact our support team with your order number and request details.
- Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 5 days.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item was defective on arrival.
5. Refund Policy
- We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee if you decide not to keep your jewelry.
- Exchanges are valid within 7 days; plated warranty claims are honored for 6 months.
