At MG Essence, every piece of jewelry is crafted with precision and carefully inspected before it reaches you. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our team will assist you with professionalism and care.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Jewelry must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.
- Custom or engraved pieces are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Refunds
Once your return has been received, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your jewelry for a different size or design, please contact our support team and we will gladly guide you through the process.
