At MG Essence, every piece is crafted with precision and inspected for quality. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to guide you with care.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• Custom or engraved pieces are non-returnable unless defective.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or design, simply contact us and our team will assist you through the process.
