Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed.
We accept secure payments via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and approved methods.

Colors, dimensions, and textures may vary due to photography or screens.
Availability is subject to stock. MG ESSENCE reserves the right to modify or discontinue products.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship globally. Standard processing is 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location. Tracking info is provided once shipped. MG ESSENCE is not responsible for carrier delays.

6. Returns & Exchanges

All returns, refunds, or exchanges must be requested within 7 days. Jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging. Custom or engraved pieces are final sale unless defective.

7. Warranty

We offer a 6-month craftsmanship warranty. Plated jewelry may naturally fade after 6 months. Solid gold and sterling silver pieces are hallmarked and quality checked prior to shipping.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including designs, text, images, logos, and branding, belongs to MG ESSENCE. Unauthorized use is prohibited and may result in legal action.
