6. Returns & Exchanges

All requests for returns, refunds, or exchanges must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags and certificates. Customized or engraved pieces are final sale unless defective.

7. Warranty

We provide a 6-month warranty on craftsmanship. Plated jewelry may naturally fade after 6 months due to exposure to moisture, perfumes, or lotions. Solid gold and sterling silver pieces are hallmarked and quality checked before shipment.
