MG ESSENCE jewelry is crafted from solid 9k–18k yellow, rose, and white gold, high-quality Moissanite, lab-grown diamonds, and premium stainless steel. Each piece is designed for long-lasting brilliance and timeless elegance.

2. How do I care for my jewelry?

Store your jewelry in a dry, cool place, ideally in the original MG ESSENCE pouch or box. Clean gently with a soft cloth and mild soap, avoiding harsh chemicals. White and rose gold benefit from occasional polishing, and professional maintenance every 6–12 months is recommended.

3. Is your jewelry water-resistant?

Most pieces are water-resistant, but we recommend removing them before swimming, showering, or applying lotions and perfumes to maintain their finish and shine.

4. How do I determine my ring size?

Use a string or paper strip around your finger, mark the overlap, and measure in millimeters. For the most accurate fit, measure at the end of the day when your fingers are warm and at their largest. Check our international size chart for conversions.

5. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — we provide complimentary shipping for orders within South Africa. Orders outside of the country are subject to standard delivery fees.

6. How long will delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after our 2-3 weeks production. Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days within South Africa, depending on your location and courier availability.

7. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes — returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and resaleable. Earrings and custom pieces are non-returnable for hygiene and personalization reasons.

8. What if my order arrives damaged?

Email mgessence.co.za@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

9. Can I customize or personalize jewelry?
