How Your MG ESSENCE Piece Is Made
Every MG ESSENCE creation begins with intention. We do not produce jewellery in bulk. Every piece is crafted after your order is placed, meaning your ring, bracelet, or necklace is made specifically for you.
This process ensures precision, structural integrity, and exceptional craftsmanship — the very standards that define luxury jewellery.
1. Order Confirmation & Design Preparation
The moment your order is placed, your jewellery officially enters the MG ESSENCE production queue. Your specifications — stone shape, metal choice, size, and design — are reviewed by our workshop team.
A production blueprint is then prepared to guide the artisans responsible for creating your piece.
2. Wax Modeling & Structural Foundation
A precise wax model is created to form the foundation of your design. This stage determines balance, symmetry, and the exact proportions of the final piece.
The wax model is then used to cast the jewellery in your selected precious metal — gold, silver, or platinum.
This casting process transforms liquid metal into the exact structure of your jewellery.
3. Metal Refinement & Structural Perfection
After casting, the raw metal structure is refined by expert metalsmiths.
Edges are smoothed, surfaces are shaped, and the entire structure is reinforced to ensure durability and balance.
4. Stone Selection & Precision Setting
Each gemstone is individually selected and examined for brilliance, clarity, and symmetry.
A master stone-setter then secures the stone into the setting using specialised tools and techniques developed over decades.
Proper stone setting ensures both beauty and long-term security.
5. Polishing & Surface Refinement
Once the structure and stones are complete, the jewellery undergoes a polishing process.
This stage removes microscopic imperfections and brings the metal to a mirror-like finish.
6. Quality Inspection
Every MG ESSENCE piece undergoes a final inspection to verify:

• Setting security
• Metal finish
Only pieces that meet our standards are approved for delivery.
7. Packaging & Dispatch
Once approved, your jewellery is carefully packaged and prepared for shipping.
Protective packaging ensures your piece arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Most MG ESSENCE pieces are completed within approximately 2–3 weeks depending on design complexity.
