Production & Delivery Expectations

Because many MG ESSENCE™ pieces are carefully crafted and prepared specifically for each client, production typically requires approximately 3–4 weeks before dispatch.

Once your piece has completed production and passed our quality inspection, it will be securely packaged and shipped using a trusted courier partner.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided so you can follow your jewellery throughout its journey.

Dispatch confirmation will be sent once your order leaves our workshop.
Tracking allows you to monitor delivery progress.
Our team remains available should you require assistance during transit.

Customs & Import Responsibilities
