Production Time
Because many MG ESSENCE pieces are custom made, each order requires a production period before shipment.
- All orders are crafted and completed within a maximum timeframe of 2–3 weeks.
- This timeframe allows our team to produce your piece with careful attention to detail.
- Once production is complete, your order will be prepared for dispatch.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Shipping — South Africa
After production has been completed, orders within South Africa are shipped via trusted courier partners.
- Delivery time: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- Tracking details are provided once the order has been shipped.
- All shipments are securely packaged and insured.
International Shipping
MG ESSENCE proudly serves clients around the world. International orders follow the same production process before shipping.
- Production timeframe: up to 2–3 weeks.
- Estimated international delivery: 10–12 business days after production.

Return Policy
MG ESSENCE accepts returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met.
- Items must be unused and unworn.
- Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase must accompany the return.
Return Exclusions
- Custom-made, engraved, resized, or personalised items cannot be returned unless defective.
- Items returned outside the 30-day return period are not eligible.
- Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted.
