Shipping Times & Rates

South Africa

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days, depending on location.
• Shipping within South Africa is complimentary.

International Shipping

• Flat international shipping fee: R300.
• Estimated delivery time is approximately 10–18 business days.
• Maximum fulfilment timeline is up to 2–3 weeks, depending on destination and customs clearance.
• Orders containing multiple items may ship separately.
• All international shipments are insured and fully trackable.

Return Policy

Products purchased from MG ESSENCE are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original saleable condition.
• Original packaging, including boxes and pouches, is required.
• Proof of purchase must accompany all returns.

Exclusions

• Personalized, engraved, resized, or custom-made items are non-returnable unless defective.
• Items returned outside the 30-day return window are not eligible.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

International Returns

• International returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• A flat return shipping fee of R300 applies.
• Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
