1. Returns Window

All eligible items can be returned within 7–14 days from delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Please note: As every MG ESSENCE piece is custom-made, production takes up to 2–3 weeks. After production, your order is shipped within 1–3 business days, and tracking details will be provided for full transparency.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Custom, personalized, or engraved pieces
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Our team will guide you through the return shipping process.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

5. Exchanges

  • Direct exchanges are not offered.
  • To exchange, return the original item and place a new order for the desired piece.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately.
  • We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping fees.

7. Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for returns.
