Returns & Exchanges
MG ESSENCE pieces are made to order, so we kindly ask that you review your selection carefully. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Who do you ship with?
All international orders are shipped from South Africa using trusted international courier partners to ensure secure and reliable delivery.
Final delivery is completed by your local courier service once customs clearance is complete.
How much is international shipping?
International shipping is charged at a flat rate of R300. This includes secure packaging, export handling, and international courier delivery.
Any customs duties or import taxes imposed by your country are the responsibility of the recipient.

If your ring arrives and the size is too large or too small, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
