International shipping times may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We use trusted courier partners to ensure secure delivery worldwide.
Returns & Exchanges
MG ESSENCE pieces are made to order, so we kindly ask that you review your selection carefully. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

From the first wax model to the final polishing stage, your piece moves through a series of precise steps designed to ensure structural integrity, brilliance, and luxury-level finishing.
Design & Blueprint
Your order enters our production queue where artisans prepare the blueprint that guides the crafting process.
Wax Modeling
A precise wax mold is created to form the foundation of the ring, ensuring symmetry, structure, and exact proportions.
Metal Casting
The wax model is cast into precious metal — silver, gold, or platinum — creating the raw structure of your jewelry.
Stone Setting
Master stone setters place each gemstone by hand, aligning brilliance, balance, and security.
Polishing & Refinement

Final Inspection

Who do you ship with?
All international orders are shipped from South Africa using trusted international courier partners to ensure secure and reliable delivery.
Final delivery is completed by your local courier service once customs clearance is complete.

International shipping is charged at a flat rate of R300. This includes secure packaging, export handling, and international courier delivery.
