Moissanite and lab-grown diamonds are different stone options; one is not automatically substituted for the other. If you are unsure about any detail or the documentation supplied with your selected stone, ask us to confirm it before checkout.

Speak to us before choosing a size at random. A professional finger measurement is the best starting point. If you already have a size, tell us whether it is a UK letter, a US number or a measurement so we can help you check it.

Yes. We can discuss a different stone shape or size, moissanite or diamond options, metal choices, setting details and engraving. Availability and pricing depend on the design.

If the option you want is not listed, contact us for a confirmed quote before paying. Once production begins, changes may affect the price and completion date or may no longer be possible.

For eligible orders, we can arrange a 50% deposit to begin production, with the remaining balance payable before dispatch. Please contact our team to confirm eligibility and arrange this before checking out.
