2. Location & Workshop
MG ESSENCE operates as a fully online jewelry brand.
Our workshop and operational base are located in Cape Town, South Africa.
Every order placed through MG ESSENCE is crafted through our workshop network where skilled professionals carefully produce each piece.
Our production process involves collaboration with experienced professionals including jewelry designers, setters, polishers, and goldsmiths. Many of these individuals possess decades of experience in the jewelry trade.
Every finished piece is the result of real craftsmanship performed by trained professionals.
3. Custom Craftsmanship
MG ESSENCE does not operate as a mass-production jewelry retailer.
Each piece is crafted individually after a client places an order.
This means that the specifications selected by the client — including metal choice, stone selection, size, engraving, and design details — become the blueprint used by our craftsmen during production.
Because of this process, accuracy during the ordering stage is extremely important.
Clients are strongly encouraged to review all selections carefully before placing an order.

4. Production Timeline
Each MG ESSENCE piece is crafted through a multi-stage process that requires time and careful attention.
Our standard production timeframe is up to three weeks maximum.
During this period the following stages take place:

- Jewelry construction
- Stone setting
- Inspection and structural checks
- Final polishing and finishing

5. Possible Delays
While we aim to complete every order within the stated timeframe, certain situations may occasionally cause delays.
These situations may include gemstone sourcing delays, additional finishing requirements, or workshop scheduling adjustments.

Communication is extremely important to us. We aim to remain in contact with our clients and encourage our clients to remain in contact with us as well. If any issue arises, we will work together to reach an agreement and ensure satisfaction.

MG ESSENCE prioritizes durability and long-term value.
For this reason, we have chosen not to offer gold-plated jewelry. Gold plating can fade or tarnish over time due to moisture, chemicals, cosmetics, and everyday wear. This is beyond our control and is why we always recommend solid 9k, 14k, or 18k gold for investment, longevity, and everyday lifestyle.
Instead we encourage clients to select metals that offer long-term durability:

Solid gold jewelry provides greater longevity and can remain wearable for many years.
7. Stone Sourcing
All stones used in MG ESSENCE pieces are sourced from trusted suppliers within the jewelry industry.

8. Resizing
If a ring is received and the size is incorrect, MG ESSENCE will gladly provide resizing free of charge.
We understand that sizing mistakes can occur and we want every piece to fit comfortably.
9. Two-Year Polishing Service
Every MG ESSENCE piece includes a two-year complimentary polishing service.
Clients may return their jewelry within this timeframe for professional polishing free of charge.
This helps restore the brilliance of the piece and maintain its appearance.

We believe that the best results occur when both the client and the brand communicate openly.
Our goal is to remain in contact with clients throughout the process, and we encourage clients to remain in contact with us if they have questions or concerns.
